Quotes / Pricing

How will I receive my spare part quote? Quotes are emailed to the email address provided in your enquiry.

How can I pay for my spare part quote? An invoice will be emailed to your for payment via EFT or credit card.

What if I want to change a spare part on my quote? That's okay. Just contact us with your changes and we will update your quote and resend it to you.

Do prices included GST? All spare part and freight prices quoted include GST and are displayed on your invoice.

How do I accept my spare part quote? Simply click on the link on the spare part quote emailed to you or email us your purchase order.

What are my payment options? Payments are made via EFT or Credit Card. All details are on the invoice sent when your order is placed.

Where do I find the air conditioner unit plate details? The air conditioner unit plate is located on every indoor and outdoor model, usually on the side of the unit.

I don't see the brand I need. That's okay. We work with distributers worldwide, we we will do out best to source your spare parts.

Why do you need a photo of the air conditioning unit plate? The air conditioner unit plate provides all the information we need to ensure that you are quoted the correct parts.

Delivery

Do you deliver anywhere in Australia? We do deliver anywhere in Australia where Australia Post delivers. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Who ships my order? We stock and will ship the commonly replaced spare parts. All other parts will be shipped direct from the manufacturer. This keeps our prices competitive because we don't need to hold a lot of stock.

How long does delivery take? Depending on your location, shipping can take 3- 5 business days from dispatch.

Can I collect my order? Unfortunately, collection is not an option.

Is a tracking number provided? We try to include a tracking number with each order if the manufacturer provides one.

What if I am not home when the order arrives? That's okay. We always ask for the parcel to be left in a safe spot unless you tell us not to.

Returns

What is the return policy? To summarise; - PCBs cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer. - Unopened items ordered in error will incur a 20% restocking fee. - Please refer to our Warranty and Returns Policy for further information

What if I received the wrong item? If you received the wrong item, let us know and we will have the correct item delivered ASAP.

How do I initiate a return? Contact us and we provide the information for the return of the item.

Do I need a receipt to return an item? No. We have your purchase details on file.

Will I receive a full refund? If you return the order because you no longer need it or you purchased it in error, there will be a 20% restocking fee taken from your refund. Freight is not refundable.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it? Of course! If there is a price difference, that will need to be paid or refunded to you.

Are there any items that cannot be returned? PCBs cannot be returned unless they are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

Warranty

Is warranty provided? All spare parts come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty.

What if my item is damaged or Faulty? Damaged items will be replaced or refunded. Faulty items will be assessed by the manufacturer and if deemed faulty a replacement will be provided.

How long does the warranty process take? The manufacturer can take up to 30 business days to assess the item.

Do I need to register my warranty? No. We will take care of the warranty process for you.

Is there anything that can void my warranty? Yes. Incorrect use of the item or not having the spare part installed by a qualified technician will void your warranty.

Products

Are the items genuine manufacturer spare parts? Yes. We do not sell after market or used spare parts.

How do I know what spare part I need? We can assist you with the part details. All we need is a photo of your AC unit plate.

How do I know if the spare part is compatible with my air conditioning unit? We reference the spare parts to your air conditioning unit so you only receive the parts that are for your unit.

Do prices included GST? All prices quoted include GST and are displayed on your invoice.

Brands

What air conditioning brands do you supply? We supply spare parts for the most air conditioning brands including ActronAir, Daikin, Carrier, Fujitsu, LG, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Panasonic, Samsung, Toshiba - just to name a few

Can I buy direct from the air conditioning brand? Some brands may allow for you to buy direct but most only supplier to distributers like ourselves.
